This is nice. I’m having a nice time here.
The service is extremely slow. I’ve been here 3 times now, and I’ve waited up to 45 minutes for an egg sandwich and coffee. The food is very good, but it gets to a point with the service unfortunately. I only go if i need a chiller place to do work and the library is closed.
I really want them to succeed. It’s nice having another addition to the neighborhood that is so well needed. However, waiting 20+ minutes for a cold brew was kind of outrageous and I almost walked out. It looked like only 2 people were working on a Sunday. Once they get their systems in place or hire help, it will be an even better spot. I hope this feedback helps them, since so many want them to be a staple in the neighborhood.
The customer service was wonderful! The food was excellent and I will be back!
From the fresh hand-cut fries to the many delicious, healthy portioned pescatarian, vegetarian, and plant-based dishes, I’m officially a regular patron of this lovely café. So glad it’s here and proudly serving the lovely Reservoir Hill and surrounding communities! Staff and owner are warm and welcoming as always!
