This gym is an absolute scam. I joined while working downtown when my husband and I were stationed here. I tried to cancel when we moved and I couldn't cancel because of their lack of responses. I visited in person prior to our move and no one was there, called multiple times with no answer, and had a handful of unresponded to e-mails where I shared our military orders. They don't ever answer or call you back. Closed my account due to medical reasons last year and I am still getting charged for it even after I went in and signed paperwork.
They continued to charge me 5 times, AFTER I submitted my official cancellation letter, IN PERSON! That's $250 MORE!! I messaged & called repeatedly, was told I would get a refund and a phone call, messaged AGAIN, and then never heard anything; they just flat out ignored me, but they are CLEARLY posting to sucker more people in on their page!! These people were even open AFTER CCPD told them they should be closed during the pandemic quarantine. Beware signing up!!!!
They were reasonable people up front but during this whole crisis no where to be found or reached 😤. They didn’t even cut us a break since gym isn’t open . Not even a message ,letter or consideration !! Charging us for something we can’t even use 🤦🏻♀️!!! I will be reporting this to BBB !
They don't want to cancel memberships, they don't answer phones
Very disappointed in how their team handled canceling my membership. Not only did they charge me a fee to cancel, but they also charged my card for another month when it was in writing they would not do this all while they advertised, “April fees are frozen and no one will be charged” - not true I was charged!! No one will call me back or return my messages. The gym itself is falling apart as well, which you’d half expect for the $20 a month but it sucked no one would work with me and are clearly avoiding making things right... read more

Best gym I’ve ever been in. Aaron and Marlene are wonderful and actually care about people.
