Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service. I had the owner personally visit to measure and quote a window replacement, which was later confirmed by the office—complete with a receipt of the order. Despite this, I had to follow up multiple times with no response to my emails or calls. After about the sixth attempt, someone allegedly called me but didn’t leave a message. Two panes of glass broke on my old 4-pane window so I reached out around town. All Glass is the only place that got back to me. They were polite, quick, and provided the glass I needed to a better quality of workmanship than what I had originally. Plus they were between ten and twenty times cheaper than what I got quoted from online cut and ship outfits. Will be using them again if I have any more oopsies with the windows.
