A couple of the caregivers were ok. However, too many did not show up, or show up 3 hours late. We had one who was such a heavy smoker that she carried her cigarettes around with her. During one of her many smoke breaks, she walked in to the wrong house! So, if you want unreliable caregivers, this is the agency for you.

Rita does have trouble paying her caregivers .she was supposed to may me direct deposit . Well some how she must of entered my info wrong . As it never entered my account. And when i call her the tracking number or the fed Id tracking number . She told me she wouldn’t give it to me . Very odd she doesn’t care were the money is . So I guess i will never she that money .

Rita the owner is a kind person and we really wanted to work with her company. However, we are experiencing poor performance from the person assigned to assist our parents. Issues include not showing up several times without adequate communication and not returning important phone calls. I understand that it’s difficult for professional caregivers these days but we really need someone we can count on. We are not getting it from this company.
