Crazy start to a weekend! Was on my way out of town to San Diego after dropping off my car for maintenance before the drive when my garage door dropped after trying to drive out of the garage. Called Jason who walked me through how to get the garage shut so that I can leave with the garage door closed. And diagnosed the broken springs with just pictures! Was able to get to my garage as soon as I got back from out of town and fixed my garage door within an hour even helped with installing a smart hub so that I no longer worry... read more
