I was given the name of this agency by another agency who said “we have a lot of kids who do their therapy through AFK”. Their website says they provide “In-Home Therapy”. So I called just now and asked if I could get my daughter in PT and OT. I was told “we don’t provide those services”. I checked the other reviews and some LITERALLY refer to their child’s IN-HOME THERAPIST. I’m so confused, and so tired of home health agencies giving me the run around. What the heck? All For Kids is all around AMAZING!!! The staff really do care about everyone working there and the services being provided to clients. The communication is excellent and they have many resources for the complicated system of home health care. They are able to break down each step and have a reason for why things are happening the way they are. They also are the biggest advocates for the clients and understand how life is for people with people disabilities and their families!
First off, I'd like to say all of the staff at AFK have been amazing with helping me understand and navigate the medical waiver program for my special needs son. I don't feel alone any longer with their support. I highly recommend this company.
