Bought a house I rented from them for almost 2 years. Were very prompt at repairing anything, and very helpful anytime I called. Tally Alliston is a first rate realtor!!
This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with in my life. The Property Manager is never available and the office is even worst. After they take your money, forget about it ! They are gone and if you have any issues, GOOD LUCK !!!! I wouldn't recommend these people not even to my worst enemy ! I pay my rent on time and kept a run down property better than ever, they are not interested in renting, not interested but in selling... Please do your homework before contacting these people, extremely rude...
