I am the owner-operator of a small property management company on Palm Beach Island. I have used all of the big name or supposed best AC contractors in the area. Being charged $400 for them to change a $10 capacitor should be criminal. That does not happen with this company. They come out and replace only what you need and explain to you what else could possibly go wrong if you didn’t perform other services or buy specific replacement parts. Never pushy. Ever since they provided maintenance on my AC unit it’s been running really well. No issues with the drain clogging. I also recommend signing up for the monthly Member. I literally called them in the morning because I thought my unit was making a weird sound, they showed up within hours. This membership definitely gives you VIP service. And in South Florida it’s so important to have that AC running well so I highly recommend this company.
