I wish I found these reviews before hiring David. After speaking with several other flooring inspectors who train inspectors, they were shocked by how he handled my case. After 3+ weeks and 3 reports the factual information is still incorrect. He states one thing then puts another thing in his report. Company has sided with manufacturer twice. Does not pull up 1/4” to prove expansion space the two times they have been used by our distributor. Did not provide resolution on how to repair the floors, nor did they provide a solid and logical answer as to why LVP was separating at butt joints. Although the same product is doing the same thing at another person house.

I'll start by warning you that this company is not able to tell you the reason for your flooring issue correctly, they are just guessing . Don't waste your money and time . Now I get into details. We bought the floor (bamboo) at floor and decor in Buford GA a year ago, after 6 months we start noticing some discoloration and the clear finishing starts to chip off in some areas, so we went to floor and decor to find out what happened.
