Kind Doctor Shannon spends adequate time and seems invested in his patients.
I liked the optometrist, who seemed thorough and competent. But it took nearly four weeks for my glasses to arrive at the shop for pick-up. I was told when I ordered them it would be 2-3 weeks. To make matters worse, there is no way to speak to a human being when you call the office, either to make an appointment or to check on your order. They use AI, with no option for bypassing the AI robot. I will not go back, because it should not take a month to receive new glasses, and because I oppose the use of AI without my consent... read more
Wonderful experience! Staff and doctor were pleasant, personable and professional.
I came in about a month ago to buy glasses and have driving lens put in that Sr Valley had prescribed. Went to pick them up and you had put in the wrong prescription. You said you realized your mistake and were to fix it. Got a call that they were ready so drive there again to only find the prescription wasn't right again. Now, it has been forever. You promised you would get it right and mail to me. That was several weeks ago and I still haven't received them. I'm furious and would like to be refunded for the hassle you have... read more
