My childen were due to go to the dentist tomorrow... ages 3 and 8... but wont be because of a pandemic, they will only allow parents to go in with children under age of 2... 😳🍕🙄😢✌🇺🇸wont be my child that's abused! are you kidding me... really I can't go with them to that back... guess they arent going... I said I am willing to come if I can go in... and they wouldnt reschedule cause they dont know when that would be, she says after the pandemic...😳🤔what's wrong with people???? I cracked a crown 1 day before leaving on vacation. I called the next morning to see if I could be seen that day and they were SO GOOD about squeezing me in that afternoon so I could feel confident about my dental issue while I was on vacation! I have been receiving dental care here for for 28 years and have nothing but excellent things to say about All Family Dental and their Drs and Staff!

I have been a patient at All Family Dental since 1985. I’m proud to say I was one of Dr B’s first patients. I’ve had extensive work done on my teeth - braces, extractions, gum surgery, bridges, caps, crowns and dental implants - no insurance! Through all of these procedures I was kept in the loop on cost and always felt I had control of my treatment. Every procedure was explained to me in laymen’s term so I could make informed decision. We have not been back to this dentist for almost 3 years. First thing, I paid $200.00 for an extraction procedure on 5 teeth - on top of my insurance paying $1200 towards the procedure - they pulled 4. AND THEN I still have a final bill of 150.00 due - after all that was paid! Second thing, the reason for so many pulled is because within the xray taken they said the adult teeth were pushing on her baby teeth that were not "budging" to come out, so this would end up messing up her adult teeth - which yes can totally see that ... read more

if you want a supposed pediatric dentist that doesn't even introduce himself to a 4 year old whose first time at the dentist and then forcibly puts his hands on your daughters chin and neck while she's screaming then pulls her back up the chair more than once, by her chin and neck and holds her down. while she's being held down he's trying to shove the mirror and "counter" in her mouth while screaming probably isn't the best idea. nor did he even tell her what he would be doing. if I had video of this you all would be shocke... read more

I was referred to Dr. Benham because he offered pediatric sedation, and due to my 4 year old’s fear and anxiety towards dentists, I knew this could help. Wrong. We are now starting over at square one. I will not be back to All Family Dental / Kidz R Us, nor will I be recommending it to families with apprehensive children. I have been a patient of Dr Bethke for 28 years and have nothing but good words to say about him and his staff. Our children started as patients of Dr Benham and had no fears with seeing him. They all became patients of Dr Bethke. The oldest even convinced her spouse to see Dr Bethke after avoiding dentists for 6 years.

If you have little kiddos I would definitely be careful and get a second opinion if someone is telling you to strap them down to a board for some major dental work without even having taken an X-ray.
