Great staff, great service, and better yet the wait was only about 10 minutes from the moment we arrived to the moment we were seen.
This place is dysfunctional! This place literally sucks up your insurance!!!! I have 3 kids and have taken them all here. I have been taking my oldest here for years now however my oldest daughter had about 3 cavities and yet they are all yet to be completely taken care of. I have had over 3-4 appointments for my oldest daughter alone. They have danced around the issue completely and made constant excuses as to why the cavities couldn't be all done in a timely fashion. I went in for a consultation today from the front staff to the xray tech, everyone is very nice. Dr. Jen and Salena/ assistant explained what work I will need done and made it easy for me to understand the process. The facility if very clean and I will be returning.
