I had a really good visit here. The doctor was through and addressed all my questions. Miles is it though! If you have a chance to visit with him to choose frames and lens he is legit. No nonsense and really cares what you look like. I’ll visit this location again for future needs! Thank you!
I was told I could walk in for glasses—no appointment needed. I showed up on Monday, July 28th, and there was a long line with only one staff member. Turns out the glasses specialist wasn’t there, and no one could help—no doctor either. The lone employee was kind and doing his best, but he was left in an impossible situation. Poor management, frustrated customers, and lost business. I ended up going elsewhere as well as the couple behind me. (saw them at the other eye store as well)
The worst place to order glasses, the employees are so irresponsible.
Great customer service. Devon Burns took time to help me find frames that worked best with my prescription and face, and went through my order details thoroughly to go over insurance coverage. Super helpful and friendly. Thank you!
