Incredibly friendly knowledgeable staff
Was browsing through their website looking at Cartier frames and was reached out to by Hector, he was very professional and made sure all of my questions were answered even though I couldn’t be there in person because of me being in the USA Hector spent days making sure I got exactly what I wanted before I was ready to purchase. Would video call me and show me the different lenses and frames to make sure I was satisfied he’s the real mvp will definitely be buying again. Customer service was above and beyond 🚀
The service I received from Hector was great. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was patient while I made my decisions after looking at multiple options for both frames and lenses. He answered all my questions and concerns and was a wealth of knowledge on the multiple products they offered. We do business with this people, they are really nice people, when something go wrong if ever...I have the experience that they take care of things ASAP, their customer service team are amazing both the male and the female, they have a male I forgot his name but the guy is elegant and sweet, then the last person that is helping us with a Ray-Ban sunglasses I got there here is Sana, Sanna has a nice way to make feel like coming back to do business there, she is very helpful.
