I have a Mercedes-Benz C230 and this was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic, including the Mercedes dealership. I went in for a diagnostic on a Thursday and they did an extremely thorough job. Tom told me everything that was an issue and even how soon I should get the issues taken care of. Great place to take your Saab! I had some faulty work done by another mechanic on my 9-3 and they were able to not only identify the issue but also the most cost effective way to correct the issue.
