The report was excellent and was received the same day but I really liked how the inspector answered my questions and really got to the bottom of what I was looking for and expecting in the home. He them mapped those expectations to the inspection result and helped open up my perspective on the place, what in could need, what to look out for, etc. etc. It was a master class in a short amount of time! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using ALL ESTATE HOME INSPECTION.
