Dr. Dice is kind and professional and explains things well! She did a great job explaining why I might be borderline on hearing aids, but why I also may not need them right now. Ultimately the choice was mine and I decided not to get them. She was supportive of that. In other words, she was trying to look out for my health above any revenue or anything. I will definitely be back for my hearing needs

Dr Noel Dice is a very pleasant practitioner who clearly focuses on customer needs. She was recommended by a different audiologist who could not schedule an appointment for 8 weeks. I got to see Dr Dice in that same week for a hearing test. She was very good at listening to my concerns, describing the process and explaining the results. No hard sell to buy new heading aids as she thought mine were in good order.
