We called All Dry and Tidy after finding a leak in one of the water heater lines located behind drywall in our laundry room and dining room areas. Unfortunately, we discovered the leak after extensive water damage had already been done to the drywall, sub flooring, and also the flooring in both rooms. We recently discovered a plumbing leak in the crawl space under our kitchen and called Mike Crawford at All Dry and Tidy because it is a local business and had excellent reviews. We quickly learned that those five-star ratings were spot on. We discovered the leak late on a Friday afternoon and called Mike on Saturday morning. Mike was very responsive and incredibly helpful. He gave me honest advice and ultimately talked himself out of a job in the process because what I really needed was a cleaner, not mould removal, which would have been much more expensive. Incredible integrity, the likes of which it feels almost impossible to find these days. Mike at All Dry and Tidy was the right call when I had concerns of possible water damage due to a water leak. He answered my request promptly and was able to schedule for a next day appointment. Mike was efficient and professional in explaining my situation after his inspection, fortunately I did not require remediation. I would recommend All Dry and Tidy if you are in need of a water damage professional.
