All Drains Plus provided excellent, professional service from the first phone call. I was able to book an appointment at my convenience and Cole was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He diagnosed and solved the problem of a pipe damaged and partially blocked by tree roots by chopping the tree roots and replacing the pipe. Thank you so much.

Kitchen drain plugged “solid”. Referred to AllDrains+ by another plumber who didn’t do drain clearing. Cole fitted us in within reasonable time and let us know when he was en route. The job was much more than anticipated as a roughly 15 ft run after 6 elbows had to be cleared of close to 20 years of guck. Fortunately it was accessible(drop ceiling). Cole’s work showed skill, knowledge and experience and respect for our home. Given the circumstances and the results, the cost was quite reasonable.

The drain in our utility room backed up. We called All Drains Plus to diagnose the problem. Ezra and his crew inspected all the drains from inside our home through to the ends of our septic system and found a couple components that were restricting drainage that required replacement. They were unable to complete job due to lack of equipment on truck. No invoice sent, just a charge on credit card. Over 300 dollars and no scan of drain as originally requested. When I called was told would have invoice in 4 days. No invoice. No return phone call as stated. Called at 9.30 in morning no answer just recording.
