Charles is the nicest guy! I was afraid I had bed bugs and I wasn’t aware how far I lived from his business location. He suggested I call someone closer as to not make me wait. He knew I was nervous as to what I saw and he had me send him a pic so he could be sure of what we were dealing with and to put my mind at ease. Outstanding service! Charles has so much integrity and concern for his clients families that he will turn down business to do the right thing. We have used All Dead for years with great satisfaction. The last time Charles was out he realized that our family had been blessed by God with a baby boy.
