I called the number listed on Google and received the following message in a child's voice: "Hi, this is Olivia. I'll call you back as soon as possible. Thank you."
They had the thermal fuse that I needed and I think I found my new favorite appliance parts store. Was in and out in no time and got my dryer working again, all by myself.
I would not deal with or recommend this place to anyone. I paid good money for someone to tell me it could be a couple different things only to go to a place in Ohio that took one look at the part and said it needed replaced and so I bought the part and my problem was solved. I believe the man they sent out to look at my washer was in a hurry to get off work and didn't do what his job. He took my money and I didn't know anything more than before he came out.
Didn't even get a call back.
These folks are complete crooks…. DO NOT USE THEM!!
