We love All Creatures. They are all extremely professional, and more than kind. We have been clients for over three years. During that time we sadly lost our 11 1/2 year old akita "Tanker". During Tanker's last year she had numerous doctors appointment. At each appointment everyone treated her and us with kindness and compassion. At the end they did everything in their power to help Tanker's passing be as easy, painless and peaceful as was possible. We will always be grateful. We love All Creatures at Pooch Perfect. I was taking care of two rat terriers through my small business "Pooch Perfect" for a long weekend. Sam, a notorious biter, killed a dying bat. I took him to All Creatures immediately and he got a booster shot. They were incredibly gentle and kind with Sam, who is not always kind back. They treat him with so much TLC and I always feel confident and reassured that in an emergency, they will be there with their soothing and gentle attitude. I have been a very loyal 'customer' for the last 7 years. I was charged for a Rabies shot that was not administered to my puppy and have been trying nicely to get the refund since July 28th!!!! Dr. Cutler spoke to me on Saturday, August 16th and said it was done... Still not done!!!! I messaged Dr. Berger and never got a response right after this happened. Next I will sit in the office until I get my refund! See y'all tomorrow All Creatures!
