Brought my bloodhound, Baby Girl in to have a small mass over her eye removed..was able to get in for the pre surgical exam and the surgery within 2 days! Very, very happy with everything about them. The staff was amazingly helpful, kind and genuinely caring towards myself and my dog. And I didn’t go broke, which is totally saying something ‘cause she’s 98 lbs and anesthesia can be spendy!I highly recommend them! Excellent service!!!! Thanks so much guys!!!!!
I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. All the staff are friendly and compassionate. We recently lost our little Tara and the staff helped us get through it. Dr Margot helped her as much as she could and was very thoughtful through it!
As I am writing this, my beloved family member, Racer, is undergoing surgery for an abdominal mass. We have been working with a few different veterinarians at All Creatures to help our dog, all of which were great, but Dr. Margot has been incredible. She has gone out of her way to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done, answered all 9,000 questions and showed a genuine affection for Racer. My vet in Jamul, California recommended this place when we moved to Alaska. I've brought both my Pomeranians here and have been very happy with their care and customer service. Front office staff are very sweet and each doctor I've met has been very thorough and informative. Definitely the one place I trust to take my family!
