Dr. West and her staff are great! They are so caring - not just to traditional pets like our dog and our bunny -- but even to our pet rats (Dr. West came in during her off hours for an emergency call for Snow White, my pet rat.). THe staff call and check up on our pets after visits & call to update us any time the pets have to stay overnight. They truly go above and beyond.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! And the location is just right for me!
They are so friendly and affordable. I switched to them and they cut my bill in half and I feel they take much better care of my pup. They want my pup to get better, not just make money! I'd highly recommend!
