Dr. Clem is compassionate, smart and cost-conservative while not sacrificing care. Her staff has always been helpful and friendly, the office is clean and we've never had to wait long to be seen. We love All Creatures!
We have been bringing our Collies to All Creatures since they opened in the mid 90's. The vets and staff are just wonderful.
Many years ago I took my dog into All Creatures to have his ears cleaned. After coming home I found him disorientated, dizzy and falling over!! I rushed him back to All Creatures to be seen immediately. Turned out my dogs ear drum was ruptured & his equilibrium was thrown off during the cleaning. When leaving they tried to hit me w/ a fee for seeing my dog the second time!! I told them they created this problem & refused to pay. The doctors and vet techs (in the back) are nothing but the best! They have taken great care of my animals and they are always kind. I would trust them with my pets life. However, the front office has a couple REALLY rude women that make the experience, as stressful as it can be with a possible sick or injured pet, a rather bad experience. When my pet has to have surgery and I'm worried the last thing I want deal with is their rudeness. It needs to stop.
If Dr. Kahn sees your pet, you're Golden. If any of the other doctors see your pet, it's a CRAP shoot!
