Have always have the upmost love and care for our fur babies.
We took our Bubba in about two weeks ago to see Dr Gaffrey. Unfortunately the prognosis was not good. Dr Gaffrey was very helpful in helping us understand the illness that Bubba had, which was FIP. Today we brought Bubba in to be euthanized. Dr Gaffrey and his staff, showed so much compassion and understanding, they walked us through the process, we were able to stay with him until he went to sleep. Dr Gaffrey saved My Chihuahua Duchess' life. She had a poor prognosis but he respected our wishes to have surgery, long story short she is a week from successful surgery and looks better than EVER! Thank you Dr Gaffery & the wonderful staff @ All Creatures Pet Care Ctr for saving my "Doghters" life! <3
I had a really bad experience at All Creatures. I wouldn't bring another animal to this place for many reasons including lack of compassion when making extremely painful decisions.
The employees at All Creatures are so sweet. They have always bent over backwards to help us. When my dog Moose died they treated him and us with compassion. They even sent us a sympathy card with his paw print on it. I could not say enough good things about this place. While we were there another couple had driven over 2 hours to bring their cat in for treatment, when Bakersfield was much closer.
