RecommendedWe have quite a few rescue animals, all with disabilities, all needing special attention and expert knowledge. All creatures has far exceeded our expectations and needs. The new building is state of the art for cutting edge veterinary care. We recently had a cat with extensive orthopedic problems. (Yep, during the beginning of the quarantine.) They take your concerns seriously and truly welcome all creatures. When I asked to bring in my baby turkey they didn’t hesitate. And Dr. Smith saved our dog last year when he had a perfect storm of complications. We weren’t clients that night. The staff loves animals, and cares for the owners, too. A+ all around!
If your “exotic” baby needs a vet, this is the place to go to! Everyone is so nice. I always feel at ease when I have to take one of my babies to see the doctor because I know they’re in good hands.❤️

I had a emergency visit with my dog. my dog's not a patient. they took him right in. we thought he was shot but he had been attacked by something. Every person was very nice, considerate, and compassionate. They did not rush me out, even though it is a Saturday and I know they're very busy. WONDERFUL PLACE
Our cat of 14yrs was sick. They were very sweet and sympathetic to his needs. He is being treated now for his issues and I wouldn't trust anyone else with him They are fantastic.
The Vets, Dr Katie Letcher and Dr David Smith, along with the entire staff are the most caring group for every animal that is brought to them. I’ve been using their services since 2003 and wouldn’t think of changing vets. Everyone is very compassionate and i don’t feel rushed while consulting with a Dr. They very good to return calls.
