I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY ARE GREAT AND MONA THE GROOMER IS THE BEST IN STJOE CAUSE I HAVE A BICHION AND I HAVE HAD HER EVERY WHERE IN STJOE AND MONA IS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO CUT BICHION IN STJOE SO ONCE AGAIN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
They wouldn't do payments even after I gave them $200 had to take my dog with TWO BROKEN LEGS to a different vet fucks wrong with y'all
Every time I have needed help with any of my animals all creatures have bent over backwards to make appointments to get me in, my pets (3dogs,1cat) received the most excellent care. And they have the kindest most LOVING staff, from the groomers and kennel boarding personnel to the owner,I know they LOVE and care about my pets (FAMILY)
We love bring our pets there. The staff is excellent. When we had to put down our Missy the Dr's and Techs were very understanding. They took time to explain what was going to happen. It was a very sad day but it seemed the staff was behind us and they comforted us. We take our pets to All Creatures and because we trust them. Dr. Gutzmer is the best vet ever! He always takes the time to explain what is going on with our doxies, what our options are, and if we need a specialist, gets us where we need to go. In the last few years the front staff has changed and we have been treated rudely a couple of times, but it is only 1 or 2 staff, and it does get busy... also, Mona is an awesome groomer!
Love All Creatures!! Dr. Gutzmer is our Vet, he is very knowledgable and always takes his time to explain things and answer any questions we might have. However, we made a last minute appointment this morning and saw Dr. Willoughby and she was great with us as well! Both doctors are wonderful, and the staff is great too! Couldn't ask for a better place to take my fur baby for the best care in town.
