Love this place because they love our dog as if she was one of theirs!!! Dr. Willoughby is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly!!!

The customer service is top notch. Everyone was very caring, comforting and yet professional when I had to make a difficult decision and have my 13 year old lab laid to rest. The comfort and kindness went beyond that day, as I received a sympathy card and a copy of soldiers paw print just days after signed by the doctor and staff (see comment). Words cannot express how moved I was.
I just had the most amazing experience with a vet that I felt TRULY cared for my fur-baby and our best interest. Thank you Dr Gutzmer and staff for taking care of Virgil, we've officially found a new Doctor! I couldn't sing higher praises, very welcoming and attentive to Virgils needs. Explained everything in detail and felt confident in his opinion!
