DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS THERE. SOME FRIENDS OF OURS HAD THEIR YORKIE THERE AND IT GOT OUT AND WONDERED BACK TO THEIR HOME ABOUT A MILE AWAY. WHEN OWNERS WENT TO PICK UP, THEY LET OWNER SIT IN LOBBY FOR ABOUT AN HOUR WITHOUT ANY WORD IT WAS LOST. HER HUSBAND CALLED HER CELL, WHILE SHE WAS IN LOBBY, AND TOLD HER THE DOG WAS IN THEIR BACKYARD. IT WORKED OUT OK FOR THE DOG SINCE HE MADE IT HOME, BUT REALLY!!!!!

Very thankful and appreciative of Dr Mack who worked very well with our dogs and spent time with us trying to get to the bottom of why my dogs were not feeling well. And the staff upfront are kind and wonderful.
