RecommendedRecently we had make a heartbreaking decision to put a four legged friend to sleep. Dr. Mac and staff were very companionate and sympathetic. All creature features has on site cremation so Turkey came back to us the next day. It was affordable, he came nicely packed with a sympathy card and a lock of hair. A card also in the mail days later. Thank You Dr. Mac and Staff for professional and expedited services. I appreciate all you do.

I have been taking my pets to All Creature Features for 3 years and after today I will never return. I scheduled a same day appointment for my sick cat. I think their availability is fantastic, but there have been several minor mistakes over the years by the staff especially staff that works at the front desk. RecommendedWe had an accident with one of my sisters dogs today and All Creature Features was amazing. They had us in a room with a vet looking at tank within minutes of stepping through the door, did a procedure and have him now back with us. I cannot express how grateful we are for their kindness and efficiency. Thank you ❤️
A friend of mine shared photos of her dog after getting groomed and the groomer literally plucked her dogs fur out like a chicken. The dog was yelping and crying while the groomer left red and raw bald spots all over her stomach, which was 100% not necessary! Now her once sweet and happy dog is constantly shaken and terrified! They weren’t even apologetic, I’m completely disgusted.
