if there was a "0", or even less, I would choose that as a rating. I have given this place MANY chances; EVERY time, the people were extremely rude and uncaring. I would throw a lawn mower away before getting even a spark plug from them. My last and final incident involved me purchasing a chain for my chain saw which I had with me at time of purchase.
