In Monticello Florida some in the office are RUDE. Pretty sure it's the owner
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Once they get you to sign the lease agreement any maintenance issues you have will be swept under the rug. We have called numerous times about our a/c not working. They do not care. Very unprofessional and the lack of empathy with the temperature soaring is inconceivable!
