Unfortunately, the Rockledge, Florida franchise is being run by unprofessional individuals who have lied in a public forum and continue to receive 1-star reviews on review sites and google. Sometimes the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and visiting the office is casual and stress free. However, when I called the office recently and inquired about the lockbox code for delivery drivers, the man on the line was unapologetic and sarcastic with me.
