They were very helpful in finding care for my dad especially since there has been such an extreme shortage of aides available. They were in regular contact with the aide and got us a back up person when needed. The aide did a excellent job taking care of my dad and she wanted to keep busy with other chores.
If you care about your loved one, do NOT use this agency. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. My father, who required at-home care due to his health condition, was assigned a nurse from this agency. What was supposed to be a service to aid his recovery ended up being the cause of his demise. The nurse provided by this agency neglected my father in the most APPALLING manner. Instead of providing the necessary care and attention, he left him to suffer in filth, leading to infections and ultimately sepsis.... read more
Who gave this place 5 stars??? The aide they had living with my ex-husband , left his home a disgrace, left him in soaked under garments that form a huge bed sore that eventually killed him. Oh an did I mention he cleaned out his bank account also? Could not have a proper wake. When I contacted the agency they were horrid. No lawyer will take the case. So again who put 5 stars??
