Would give a -5 if it were possible. Ripped off, disappointed and want to warn others. Avoid this company if you want to deal with a company that is honest and has integrity. Communication is a chore if you get any at all. As previously noted by others, they will steal your deposit for charging you for things that either aren't true or were there when you arrived. I rented a house in June 2014. At first things went ok, but then we had to move because the property was being sold. We had friends help us move and volunteered to help make the property spotless, and I mean spotless. Out of our $1245 deposit, we only received $250 back. There were a bunch of trumped up repairs such as loose door knobs, water damage (we reported it at move in because the water filter was broken when we moved in). I rented through Allcounrycfl for three years. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. My first two years dealing with Yarrmmys Vargas by far was the worse. Not to mention when I moved out she decided to impose a claim overt $500 on my security deposit that was sent to me after 30days of move out. Staff at All County are great and Professional. We are able to find affordable homes for rent and haven't had any issues within our financial means.

Because my work has me moving often, I've lived in multiple rental houses all over the nation. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the absolute WORST property management company I've EVER dealt with. I called in that the refrigerator had gone out at one point and it took a week to finally replace, after over $400 of food had gone bad. When I mentioned this I was told "tough luck" and they wouldn't do anything to off set the cost of me having to buy new food even though it was THEM who took too long to replace ... read more

My experience, well let's see I thought we were great tenants. But when it came time to move we moved out two weeks prior to our lease being up and then spent the next two weeks cleaning, scrubbing and replacing broken blinds etc. We had family helping make sure the rental was cleaner then when we moved in and even had our realtor who found the house for us come over an inspect it. Yarmmys Vargas is the most rude and unprofessional realator I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is slow to respond to emails if she even bothers same with phone calls. She makes promises to get maintenance issues taken care of but then never does anything about it so you have to pay out of pocket. She claimes it's a courtesy to let you out of a lease where there's nothing started in the lease as such. She refuses to give back money that is rightfully yours. Renting from these people has been nothing but a nightmare! Please for your own good go to another landlord. Note all the 1 star ratings and 5 star ratings. Not much in between is there. Makes a person think that all the 5 stars are fake ratings from the horrible people at all county cfl.
