Good customer service is essential. All Comfort has GREAT customer service. I called them about a mini split system that is only 1 1/2 yrs old ceased to work and every employee I’ve had contact with has been helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Everyone, from the guy that made the appointment for me to the technician that came out to service the system. I really like kindness and knowledge about the appliance, this company has both.<br /> <br /> <br />

We have used All Comfort for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, in both emergency and normal situations. In all cases the technicians have been knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant to work with, invariably leaving me knowing more about the systems in my home than I did when they arrived. Their policy of disclosing fees explicitly and in detail during the scheduling call is particularly welcome, there have been no surprises. Because I had a leaky pipe situation on a Saturday night, I used All Comfort Services for emergency repairs.The person who dispatched the plumber was great. The plumber was great as well and had the leaks taken care of very quickly.
