I had the pleasure of meeting the first Knight- Jay on last Thursday 11/30/17. He quickly won my confidence because I trust no one. Through his explanation and guidance I bought the Comfort Plus Package. I went to my credit union and was given the loan without a problem. I called Jay and he scheduled the installation for Monday, 12/4/17. On today I met two more knights in shining armour-Mike G and Jessie S. I for the first time since making decisions after the death of my husband---felt I made the right decision and didn't second guess myself. Thank You Knights and All Comfort. Jim V responded to my request to have a technician check out our air conditioning system. He called before he arrived. When he arrived he was polite, pleasant, put on cloth shoe covers before entering our house and verified what we wanted done before he began working. He went about his work in an efficient and professional manner. After quickly finishing his work, he gave us a complete review of his findings, took our check and left. Overall a great customer experience.
