These guys are great!! We woke up to no heat and a really bad smell, after calling and leaving messages with 3 other companies, which we have yet to hear back from, we called All Comfort Heating and Cooling. They had someone out 30 minutes after my call and he couldn’t find a problem. An hour after he left our heat started smelling like it was burning and not blowing out heat. Our unit was damaged due to hurricane Florence. Robert came out the day I called, diagnosed the issue and had a repair amount ready that afternoon. Alan worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered, which was a huge life saver!!! We had a pleasant experience and will definitely use them again!! Thanks for your help!!
Can not say enough about the QUALITY work and service Robert, Brandon, Sequoyah and Stanton provided us! Every person that worked on replacing all our duct work under the house and the unit was very professional! After the hurricane and all the damage we are having to get fixed they have made this process of air conditioning replacement a pain free process. Amazing job and all great people!!! 👍🏼👍🏼

All Comfort Heating & Cooling is the absolute best in the area. After getting terrible service from another company I called All ComfortM. Robert was at my house very soon after my initial call and he genuinely cared about fixing my system the right way and preventing future problems. He was awesome and I am so thankful. I will never deal with another company again.
After having another company not call of show up to check our system, All Comfort was an n time and even early. We had to have our unit replaced as it’s age was showing and repairing likely wouldn’t have worked for long. We live in Hawaii and it smooth handling all the business from our end even with the 5000 miles and 6 hour time difference. Thank you!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. And I will be reviewing you on every source I can. The “office manager” should be fired. She continuously told my husband he was a liar. My A/C hasn’t been on since February. We can’t run it. Your guy came out and shut it down. Then on the phone you want to say we kept running it and we are to blame. No ma’am. Now you want to say you own this business well you shouldn’t. You hung up on him twice. You are rude and unprofessional! You have no right and no clue how to run a business.... read more
