Massive water damage because of snow leak down from large amount of snow on the roof. Lost collectible stuffed animals I bought for my daughter before she was born in excess of $1000.00. Called to explain my dismay to Austin (Manager)? When I said the roof should have been taken care of better in order to avoid a probable mess in the future, he asked “is that all?” Horrible customer service for someone who lost something so valuable and irreplaceable.
