All City Florist was very accommodating. Unfortunately my mother passed away on Christmas Day and her funeral was the day after New Years. I asked for a custom arrangement to be made, they went above and beyond to produce a beautiful arrangement, even with time restraints and limited supplies (due to suppliers being closed for the holidays). I would recommend this florist.
Regrettably, a sympathy bouquet sent to my partner was delivered to the wrong address. Yes, it was the sender’s mistake, but All City Flowers made the experience more painful by saying they couldn’t do anything to right the situation because it was as if I had ordered a pair of shoes and sent them to the wrong address. Had we been dealing with shoes, then, they delivered something we wanted and needed to someone who had no use for them, and whose feet they didn’t fit.
