ZERO Stars if it would let me. Do NOT go here! Purchased a convertible VW Beetle that needed a new top. Owners reassured us that it would cost between $500-700 to repair. After researching, and many estimates, it cost us over $1,800 to replace the top. All City took weeks to get back to us, and would not even consider helping with the difference in the expense. They were very rude and inconsiderate. No integrity at all. I should have considered all the other negative reviews past costumers have posted.
Must say that I have to take my testimonial back now that I’m having to pay an extra $150 out of pocket to have my breaks replaced right around Christmas as a single mom. The car wasn’t fully inspected like I was told when I went to test drive it. / buy it nor was I told I could purchase a warranty. It really sucks being a woman sometimes when you get taken advantage of.

Love my car and I am so happy that I found this place great experience and all there vehicles are in awesome condition.
I found the car I was looking for on Craigslist and had to go see it. Everybody was super friendly and respectful. Test drove the car and knew It was for me, luckily they were super reasonable in helping me seal the deal. They were also really accommodating allowing me to have a mechanic check the car out (recommended for anybody buying a used car anywhere). I'll definitely check with them again when I'm in the market for another ride.
Sold me a lemon. Told them within a week of 2 problems. They told me that's why I bought the warranty. The warranty company they sell doesn't cover anything. I've had the truck for 7 months and had 8 problems with it. The last one was a $9,000 problem. Got it back 3 days ago and the front axle broke. That will be another 3-4,000 or more. Out of 7 months the truck has been in my possession 3.5 months due to the issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! AND DO NOT purchased the extended warranty!!! We bought a truck from them in May 2016. A 2010 w/53K miles. $40k truck. Nothing but issues. We have had to pay out of pocket 7 grand to fix the truck and its still not right. Someone reset a light on the vehicle in order to sell it. The Warranty company has so many loopholes that they will NOT cover anything they do NOT want to cover. Attorney is looking into the issue. Do not pay for this. Please SHOP Elsewhere!!!!
