I have used Royce to fix my broken appliances on a few occasions. He responds fast, shows up and gets it done. I recently moved away from his typical service area and he still drove over and hour away to help me out since my local service people had a long waiting list. Highly recommend!
Called All City Appliance Repair and Repairman (Royce) arrived at my house to fix my ice maker on my Whirlpool refrigerator. He came in took the ice maker out said it was ice build up, washed ice maker off put it back in and said you'll have ice by in the morning. He charged me $95.00 Next morning no ice, called Royce all day he didn't responded until the day after, came back over and told me my ice maker was bad. Very Friendly and Professional Service.
I couldn't be more grateful for his persistence. This repair had unusual circumstances, but he powered through without complaint or excuse. The refrigerator works beautifully now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
