I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my experience with a liaison from the Brain Protection Institute. I’m SO surprised by the “bad” reviews. My boyfriend and I took our 4 month old here 4/15 for evaluation of craniosynostosis. Scheduling was a breeze, and front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer. We saw the ARNP Brandon and he was incredible. We took up a lot of his time and he never seemed hurried or too busy for us. He educated us by drawing pictures, which gave us a solid visual of what was going on. Additionally, to further ease our minds - he has the surgeon review the scans prior to us leaving as well. 10/10 recommend... read more
