Maybe they should provide medical care to those you need it-because I did not agree with a dr years ago they refused me
I have never been to a practice where after your appointment is over they have you return to the waiting room and then wait until someone gets to your chart the doctor has written up. One day I waited for over half an hour. I had to get back to work. My doctor walked by. I asked "Can I go? I need to get back to work". "Sure" he replied "we will call you if we need to". I was referred to Dr. Feldmann by family and friends. I Was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I called to say I was in traffic and was going to be late. I arrived to be told the dr said she wouldn’t see me. You’d think that means you don’t wait when you arrive for your appointment but the reviews state otherwise. I guess she has enough patients.
Horrible experience. I made an appointment last week; asked for personal time off from work; 30min after my appointment time, I still had not been seen. All that could be offered as a solution was “sorry, it’s going to be a while”. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be changing doctors. Very disappointed and will be filing grievance with blue cross blue shield ASAP.
When you are talking to someone and a receptionists that knows I CAN'T STAND,STICKS HER NOSE IN WHERE IT DON'T BELONG really gets on my nerves. The doctors & nurse practitioner are very good but the one lady in a receptionist are super duper nasty she have an attitude she have blonde hair & her hair is right 2her shoulder 2bad i like dr stebbins but not this lady thats why im looking 4new doctor's & i have doctor stebbins 4a long time !
