Five years ago they verified my insurance and told me that they excepted it so I came in for an appointment. Afterwords they said that they cannot get the money from my insurance company so I needed to pay it. $83. They said this was in collections. The lady on the phone really didn’t know what to say to me. Because even though she worked there currently she wasn’t there then and even to her this didn’t sound right considering they verified my insurance before I came in.
