In regards to this particular review (from jsnowrod) we are sorry that they feel this way; however, when a patient comes in for a cleaning and the hygienist takes a needed x-ray - if our doctor can not get away from another procedure to speak with the patient - the responsibility then falls to the hygienist to discuss the treatment. Great Service – I had a really good experience with Dr. Pate and his staff. Everyone was nice and helpful. One of the nicest offices around - very clean and well manicured. I will definately be a patient with them for a very very long time.
Seldom see the dentist; overcharges on insurance co-pay; don't go! – I have been a patient for several years and am finally fed up. The last visit, a root canal was recommended by the HYGIENIST (I NEVER SAW THE DENTIST!! - I seledom do, but I thought for a recommendation of a root canal, at least...). I went to the office that they always refer (Sheats Endodontic group...hmm, I wonder if there is a some kind of referral fee that Sheats pays Allcare...), and then when it came time to get an appt for my crown, the office quote... read more
