When my wife needed emergency attention for a broken tooth, the office was very accommodating and worked her into their schedule. Dr. Vondra was thorough in his examination, noted that the tooth would have to be extracted, and answered every question thoroughly. He discussed options for filling the gap and the costs of each. Wonderful experience! Dr. Vondra was so understanding and talked with me longer than all other dentists have in my past combined.
Most of my life I have detested going to the dentist. That is until I started going to Dr. Vondra! He is great, and explains the procedures thoroughly and throughout asks if I'm doing ok. His staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Kim is always welcoming when I arrive, and explains the insurance process & payments. I never drag myself to go, because they make it such a pleasant experience!
