My number has changed. Marysquires6@windstream.net 450-3007 I'm not Cingular for my app no one called me back abouty last app which should of been paid by medicaid I'm thinking about finding a new Denise not very happy right know with.you guys. Charging for a 7 month check up of 153.00 on top of what I already owedI've called before about it and someone was suspossed to call me back about what I got charged and no one did. I'm not paying for my last visit it was a 6 month check-up medicaid should of paid for it.
