Horrible!!! These people including the owners are illiterate and unprofessional. The sales manager Frank made arrangement with me, had me drive two hours and then vanished… No calls, no text, not a peep… Called the owner the next day and found him to be a waste of time as well, he proceeded to curse at me and say that maybe the guy was having fun with you and that it was my fault for taking him seriously. I dont know about the others who are making comments on here, but i had a great experience with them. I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 from them. It was $3,000.00 under book value and i thought it was cheap, so i literally paid my local mechanic to come with me and check it out. Once we got there, Eric, and especially Frank were extremely courteous to me and my mechanic. He let my mechanic borrow his scanners, and other computer equipment to check my car, he put it on the lift for my mechanic to check, and even let my mec... read more

BEST FOREIGN REPAIR FACILITY – I have nothing but good to say about this place, the service is excelent people are great, always clean and smiling people. I wish everyone is like this. Absolute crooks – I bought a car online. They were taking part in auction fraud through different sites to increase the bidding. The pictures of the car were not even close to the condition. The seats were all torn up and greasy, the shocks were a wreck and the breaks were worn beyond belief. There was also "stability control failure" warning while I was test driving. Unbelievable. I had to travel 2 hours to see it and that's the "showroom condition" car that they promised??? They STOLE a $500 deposit. and refused to give it... read more

ALL CAR CARE MY FOOT – May 12, 2011 Purchased a used car from Arty who assured us that the care had been put threw all safety inspection requirements, oil change, detailing, put in shop the morning of purchase to fix a broken bushing in rear, all bull. We ended up having to get the bushing replaced ourselves a few days later. It was just greased up to stop making noise for a couple of days. Bye Bye Money – I purchased a car that had a "smooth transmission" and would pass MA inspection. Instead I got a car that has damaged transmission that will cost thousands to fix. They are in the business of transmission repair - so they obviously knew there was an issue. I would not purchase a vehicle from them ever again. I now have a $5,500 paperweight. Spend your money elsewhere.
