My mother and I have gone here for years now. We've both purchased vehicles from this shop and have gone there for our routine check ups/repairs. I came to look at a Duramax Chevy. I was there before and dealt with someone there who I didn't find to knowledgeable. I came again this Saturday and dealt with Frank. This kid knows his stuff about diesels. being a diesel technician for over 17 years, I know my trucks and every time I posed a question to Frank, he snapped back with the answers I wanted to hear, and that i knew were correct. nothing about the truck was misadvertised, as I as it on the pictures, is how it was in person. do not buy a car or have a vehicle serviced at all car care... their real name is precision auto repair DBA all car care... the owner Eric Aydar and his accomplice Frank Ramsis are both liars cheats and thieves... they are only legally able to transport vehicles for pay within the state of Connecticut... they are breaking federal law by transporting cars interstate and charging ridiculous so-called shipping fees which are actually an added cost to the vehicle. All you folks need to file complaints with all the local, state, and federal government agency's... The Ct. Consumer protection agency, BBB, IC3, and the federal trade commission , and there are other agencies...as my best friend did as he was totally ripped off by Eric ,the so called owner of All Car Car... He bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler On 7/05/14 from All Car Car, through eBay, he advertised A/C, and verbally assured him the the " A/C works perfectly and blows very cold air"... I bought a 2006 Subaru Baja on E-Bay That has had nothing but problems since i bought it. Already sank about 2000 dollars and it needs more.Car was in collision. needed front end work. Couldn't start the car after it set for a couple of days needed a fuel pump. They had to start the car with starting fluid they told me it was because of the cold weather. SHUT EM DOWN!!!! Won a 2008 Subaru Outback through eBay auction, listed as needing nothing! Drove 8 hours round trip to pick it up. Frank, the manager, told me to my face that he doesn't sell cars that have something wrong with them. Hah! Drove away and heard a clunkin sound, smelled burning oil, clutch was vibrating...drove it to my uncle's shop after the check engine light turned on.
